Classic text updates privacy notice

Our Vision Sports Education Foundation Inc. collects the athlete name, graduation year, mobile number, parent or guardian name, optional guardian email, the choices made on the Classic contact form, and the time of submission. We use this information to review requests for Class of 2028 Junior Classic offers and Class of 2029–2030 Freshman/Sophomore Classic invitations, deliver requested texts when approved, handle replies and opt outs, and keep a record of consent. Submitting the form does not register the athlete or make a payment.

We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers acting for us may process the information to host the form, store requests, and deliver text messages. We do not sell this information.

If approved for Classic text updates, message frequency varies, up to 5 texts for this Classic. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See the Text Message Terms. Consent to texts is not required to register.

To ask about your information or request an update or deletion, contact info@ourvisionfoundation.com. We may retain records needed to honor opt outs and document consent.
